The brief was to create an identity that is strong, contemporary, has elements that can be used in the website design - and for it to be purple! The website is friendy and fun and has little stick characters working alongside the logo elements to amuse the visitor. The first phase of the website was a to launch a simple version to promotes the products, developing into phase two, an ecommerce website. Using OSCommerce as a base this was heavily modified using a combination of bespoke php programming and off-the-shelf contributions to allow photographs to be uploaded, product pictures to change dynamically to match colour choices and other back end features to smooth the management of orders.
